English Bay and Sunset Beach

Beautiful English Bay and Sunset Beach are convenient to Downtown Vancouver

Who says there are no palm trees in Canada? English Bay Beach Park, located at the southern edge of downtown Vancouver's West End, features not only palm trees, but a seawall, sandy beaches and beautiful lawns and flowerbeds. It is situated right across from the busy intersection of Davie and Denman Street where there are many restaurants and small shops for one to explore.

Walk a short distance south along the seawall and you will find yourself at Sunset Beach with even more sandy beaches, green lawns, trees and a superb view across to Vanier Park and the H.R. MacMillan Space Center.
